“Progression’ is the word I choose to describe what I have accomplished in coaching over the past 3 months. There are also signs evident for future progression. I scored higher on a self-assessment scale at the end of the engagement compared with the beginning.
I learned that the goals set are achievable but still some time away, not to get overwhelmed with work and that I can definitely make time for things that aren’t work related.
I feel less burnout than I did a while ago.
One of Dianne’s strengths is she is very good at communicating.”
Lawyer
“At the start, I was unsure about professional coaching and whether it could be beneficial but I was pleasantly surprised about the outcome. Dianne really helped me to define my professional and personal goals and formulate some strategies to achieve them. She scratched the surface on areas I could improve and supported me with brainstorming strategies in an air of positivity.”
Solicitor
“Coaching was helpful as an opportunity to ‘step back’ with someone there to get you to look at things from a different angle.”

“I engaged Dianne as a coach to receive help with articulating my life’s purpose and to pursue my related goals. Throughout the coaching, I was struck by Dianne’s unique aptitude to work meaningfully with abstract symbolism and emotion. She expertly synthesised my answers which she then reframed into insightful questions that moved me far beyond any limiting beliefs. In doing so, she identified the core of what I was saying, enabling me to recognise patterns in myself that I could not see.
Coupled with Dianne’s sincerity and warmth, her coaching has afforded me great clarity and significantly increased my confidence to pursue goals.
I see Dianne’s coaching ability to be a product of her innate empathy and intuition, which she now uses to the great benefit of others, having meticulously refined her practice.
Amid only a handful of exceptional coaches, Dianne stands apart as a true diamond. I would encourage anyone who is looking for a coach to engage Dianne and enjoy seeing real change begin to occur in their lives.”
Utterly committed to ensuring a tailored approach to my coaching opportunity, Dianne followed my lead & need, inviting me to step into spaces that I would have otherwise shied away from.
Dianne allowed me to sink into conversations without self-consciousness & respond to beautifully considered & timed questions that opened my mind.
Dianne has a knack for catching a thread & gently, but firmly, challenging your thinking in a way that demonstrates a deep level of care & consideration.
Clear, concise, direct. You planted the seed that enabled me to think outside my normal comfort zone: to open the way. Most of all, I created an action plan that is well laid out and easy to follow.”
Over the course of several weeks I worked with Dianne to advance 2 key challenges I was having – one related to health and one to a work challenge.
Dianne created a respectful, caring space that allowed me to explore what was most important to me. Through expert, non-invasive questioning Dianne challenged my thinking and responses and helped me go deeper to find my way forward answers within.
For both challenges I was able to identify and commit to my next steps to address my challenges. Thank you Dianne for supporting my journey to resolve two issues. – your ability to listen and reflect certainly helped me.

Basis of approach
With the ever- increasing influence of technology, automation and artificial intelligence in the 21st century business world, an intentionally proactive, people-centric approach will, more than ever, distinguish the personal and professional power of top talent.
My approach is relational and asks – what is the cultural system, landscape and who is the individual in that system and role? I include my own relevant observations and feedback to build client awareness, responsibility and commitment to sustainable change.
Change will not come if we wait for some other person or some other time.
We are the ones we’ve been waiting for.
We are the change that we seek.
Barack Obama
Clients expect and receive ethical service. I work within the professional ethics guidelines designated by the International Coaching Federation.
Based upon adult learning principles, the coaching process is strengths-based, systematic and positive. We work together as a team to strike a sustainable balance between the holistic needs of individuals and the need for performance in the workplace:
Holistic
Individuals are multi-dimensional and the systems in which they operate are complex. This necessitates a variety of inputs-from the right and left brain, heart and intuition/gut instinct
Shifting perspectives: current challenges and specific coaching development goals are linked to the bigger picture. Additional meaning is extracted
Gently stretch and challenge individuals out of their comfort zone building self-efficacy
Mindfulness activities are an optional inclusion
Performance
Build a high performing team to deliver and be satisfied (attract and retain the best)
Work towards a measurable outcome with clear, upfront objectives
Build business, gain referrals (attract high value clients and recurrent business)
Identify potential, focus on strengths and deal with interferences/obstacles
In a gentle way, you can shake the world.

Frequently asked questions
What is coaching?
“Partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential.”
International Coaching Federation
Why coaching?
Coaching proactively clarifies the big picture at the ‘front-end’ creating more effective results and satisfaction over the longer term. It is potentially preventative, energy efficient and builds enhanced forward momentum.
The coaching partnership challenges and stretches out of the comfort zone. This resembles a ‘glasshouse for growth’ benefiting the individual, the organisation and beyond.
Coaching is effective

What is the key to coaching success?
You must first have the knowledge of your power;
Second, the courage to dare;

Charles F. Haanel

Do I need a coach in the same industry?
As challenges are instrumental and interchangeable, it is unnecessary for the client and coach to have undergone the same experiences or have worked in similar fields. In fact, the diversity can be one of the most positive and useful elements. It also clearly distinguishes the relationship from that of mentoring/consulting/training.
